I haven't got the time or patience to learn how to do graphics and to make my own layouts. Thankfully there are some fabulous sites on the internet to help me out in this department!
My current background and header came from Shabby Blogs. It has a huge range of lovely graphics for your blog to choose from, it's well worth a look.
